Introduction
This is a resubmit of a landscape plan for an otherwise approved project.
Staff Comments
The applicant added approximately 15 trees on the south side of the project. The spruce trees on
the north side are also grouped.

Staff Recommendation
Staff suggests more spacing between spruce trees to accommodate spread of mature trees.
Otherwise, approve as presented.
