Introduction
The applicant is applying for final design approval to construct a 6 foot high, vertical board wood
fence. Photos of proposed material will be presented at the meeting.
Staff Comments
The proposed design appears to be compatible with the existing style of adjacent fencing.
Recommended Action
Approve the fence as presented with the condition that the finished side of the fence face the
neighboring yards.
