This application is for final design approval of a supported deck addition. The deck connects to a
second story bedroom with access through a sliding glass door that will replace an existing
casement window.
Staff Comments
The proposed design appears to be compatible with the existing style of the units and the other
existing decks.
Recommended Action
Approve the deck addition as presented with the following conditions:
1. Letter of approval be obtained from the Homeowners' Association before a building permit
may be issued:
