Introduction
The commission approved this project on May 2, 1995, with the condition that it be returned with
a sample of the material and color of the metal roof The applicant now wants to use a brown
(Burnt Chestnut) concrete tile roofing, as well as modifying the wood cedar siding to a semi-
transparent blue -gray (Blue Balsam).
Staff Comments
The material and color of the roof and color of the siding are appropriate according to the design
guidelines, specifically:
1. use of a lower -reflectivity roofing material
2. use of natural or earth -tone colors.
Recommended Action
Approve the roofing color and material, and the siding color, as presented.
