Introduction
The Commission reviewed this application on August 1, 1995, and tabled it pending receipt of
final landscaping, building colors and materials, driveway grading, and changing a retaining wall
to a dry stack wall. Staff placed this item on the consent agenda since the applicant has responded
to the Commission's specific direction. The revised plans are attached.
Staff Comments
1. One spruce tree and five plum trees have been added to the landscape plan as well as a mugo
pine, lilacs, and perennial flowers. The dwarf pine should be listed in the landscape table.
2. The driveway throat is flared.
3. The maximum driveway grade is now less than nine percent; the grade between edge of the
street paving and the property line is now approximately three percent.
4. The retaining wall is now a dry stack wall.
5. The applicant will present color samples to the meeting.
Recommendation
Staff recommends approval of the revised plans and therefore final design for the project.
