Re: Lot 74, Block 1, Wildridge Subdivision - TNT Duplex Final Design Review
On July 2, 1996 the Commission tabled its review of this project. The applicant revised the design
to address the majority of the concerns expressed by the Commission (please see attached letter,
dated July 12, 1996).
The revised plans also address staff concerns regarding the driveway and its associated retaining
and grading. Staff is currently reviewing these revisions.
Attached is a copy of the staff report submitted to the Commission for the July 2, 1996 meeting.
Staff recommendation
Staff recommends approval of the project as revised.
Recommended motion
Approve final design for the residential duplex on Lot 74, Block 1, Wildridge Subdivision, as
depicted on the plan set dated July 8, 1996, subject to the following conditions:
1. The driveway design be approved by Town staff prior to issuance of building permit.
2. All flues, flashing and galvanized metal will be painted to match surrounding materials.
3. All meters will be placed upon the building.
4. Automatic irrigation system will be installed.
