Re: Lot 3, Nottingham Station -Avon Crossing
The applicants are submitting their exterior parking lot lights for approval. This is one of the
conditions of approval. They are submitting the same lights that were used by the Eaglebend III
Townhomes located on Highway 6.
Although floodlights are discouraged in the Design Review Procedures, Section 6.23 C, the
lights face the railroad tracks and the back side of Wal Mart. Staff recommends approval
because the lights should not generate off site glare that would disturb any residents or neighbors
in the area.
