This addition will feature a small deck on the second floor and a shed roof on the third. All colors, materials and details will match the existing structure. Design Review Considerations According to the Commission's Procedures, Rules & Regulations, Section 6. 10, the Commission shall consider the following items in reviewing the design of this project: 1. Conformance with the Zoning Code and other applicable regulations of the Town. The proposed project appears to conform with the Zoning Code and other applicable regulations of the Town. 2. The suitability of the improvement, including type and quality of materials of which it is to be constructed and the site upon which it is to be located. As stated above, all colors, materials and details will match the existing structure. Thus, the proposed minor addition appears suitable. 3. The compatibility of the design to minimize site impacts to adjacent properties. The proposed minor addition should not present any significant impacts to adjacent properties. 4. The compatibility of the proposed improvements with site topography. N/A 5. The visual appearance of any proposed improvement as viewed from adjacent and neighboring properties and public ways. The design of the proposed minor addition appears harmonious with the structure's existing design. 6. The objective that no improvement be so similar or dissimilar to others in the vicinity that values, monetary or aesthetic will be impaired. The general conformance of the proposed improvements with the adopted Goals, Policies and Programs for the Town of Avon. Based upon the compliance with the above criteria, the proposed minor addition appears to conform with adopted Goals, Policies and Programs for the Town of Avon. Staff Recommendation Staff recommends approval of this proposed minor addition with the following condition: 1. Any proposed exterior lighting fixtures be approved by staff. Recommended Motion Approve minor addition to lot 11, Block 5, Wildridge Subdivision, Unit A-3 with the following condition: 1.
