L2 B1 WA FenceMemorandum Date: September 29, 1995 T O : Planning & Zoning Commission From: Karen Griffith, Town Planner Re: Michael Barron's (Lot 2, Block 1, Wildridge Acres) concerns regarding neighbors In response to the Commission's direction at the September 19, 1995 Planning & Zoning Commission meeting, staff conducted several site visits to determine if Mr. Barron's neighbor had addressed the conditions identified by Mr. Barron. Steve Hodges, Community Service Officer, has spoken with Mr. Barron and with his neighbor, Eric Moen. Based on those conversations and several site visits, Mr. Moen appears to be in compliance with respect to all code issues. Steve Hodges will be present at the October 3rd meeting to respond more fully to any questions you may have. Regarding the status of the application for the fence, to date, Mr. Barron has not submitted an updated site plan. Please call me at 949-4280 x 131 if you have any questions regarding this matter.
