Commissioner Sipes moved to approve the shed addition for Lot 21, Block 2, Eaglebend
Subdivision as depicted on the application and plan set dated July 2, 1999 with the following
conditions:
1. That the shed shingles match those of the home.
2. Dimensions shall be provided on the plans to indicate the shed is located outside the 7.5 foot
building setback.
3. Horizontal siding to match the house.
Commissioner Macik seconded. The motion passed unanimously.
