Commissioner Sipes moved to approve the City Market Master Sign Program
Amendment as submitted and stamped July 29,1999 with the following conditions.
1. Tenant signs are restricted to the horizontal band where the proposed J.C. Penney
sign is depicted on exhibit A.
2. No later than July 1" 2002 the Alpine Bank sign and the Western Union sign shall be
made to conform to the conditions of approval and the first paragraph of section B-3
of the Master Sign Program.
3. There will be no more than 3 tenant signs"w'
Commissioner Macik seconded. The motion passed with Commissioner Karow abstaining.
