Design Approval
On May 2, 1995, this duplex received Final Design approval. Attached is a letter requesting a one
year extension of the approval. The owner is currently in the process of submitting for building
permit.
The approved plans are available in the offices of the Community Development Department for
your review.
Staff Recommendation
Staff recommends approval of the one year extension of Final Design for Lot 70, Block 4,
Wildridge Subdivision.
