Harrison, Planner Re: Lot 55, Block 2, Benchmark at Beaver Creek Subdivision - Alpine Bank Building Sign Materials Modification On November 19, 1996, the Planning & Zoning Commission approved a modification to the Master Sign Program for what is now know as the Alpine Bank Building. As part of that modification, the building identification sign on the building's southwest elevation was approved as a foam matte sign. The applicants now wish to change that sign to a pan -channel illuminated sign (please see attached letter dated March 23, 1997). The sign would retain the same size, location and color as originally approved. Staff Recommendation Staff recommends approval of the proposed sign material modification as presented in the application dated March 26, 1997, with the following condition: 1.
