Re: Lot 64, Block 4, Wildridge, Modification of Final Design
Michael Schneider has applied for a material change to the residence. He proposes to add a Napa
Valley Cultured stone to the lower portion of the structure and the tower element.
In staff's opinion the stone adds visual interest and quality to the structure and therefore
improves the aesthetics of the site.
Staff recommends approval of the material change.
