L31 B1 WR Design modsMemorandum Date: November 27, 1996 To: Planning & Zoning Commission From: George H. Harrison, Planner Re: Lot 31, Block 1, Wildridge Subdivision - Mach Duplex; Satisfaction of Conditions Final Design Modifications This duplex received Final Design approval on September 5, 1996 with the condition that the applicant return to the Commission for final color approval. The applicant is now applying for final color approval plus the following four modifications: 1. Modification of the west (front) elevation dormers. 2. Material modifications: • changing the horizontal siding on the upper levels and on all gable ends to vertical siding with horizontal trim divider band. • stucco at the front elevation mid-section and rear lower two levels. • belly bands at floors on east (rear) elevation. • rock wainscot accent on the west (front) elevation. 3. Addition of a small roof over the side door of unit B (south side). 4. Addition of deck stairs to the lower grade on each side of the duplex. All the proposed colors meet the requirements of the Design Guidelines and will be presented at the meeting.
