Re: Lot 85, Block 1, Wildridge Subdivision - Sage Villas; Deck Modification
Sage Villas is nearing the completion of its construction and the applicant is requesting a
modification of the location of the rear deck for unit A. The modification would move the deck
from the rear of the unit to the side to accommodate a better perspective of the available views.
The new location will neither encroach into any easements or setbacks nor conflict with the
proposed landscaping. The same approved materials and design for the deck will be maintained.
Staff Recommendation
Staff recommends approval of the deck modification as presented on the plans dated "received"
October 24, 1996 for Lot 85, Block 1, Wildridge Subdivision as presented.
