Re: Lot 2, Phase 2, Avon Town Square
The owners'representative of Avon Town Square, Phase Il, Lot 2 has requested an extension to
the two year approval period. The site plan is currently approved through October of 1997. The
applicants are requesting an additional one year extension.
The Design Review Procedures, Rules and Regulations permit a one year extension to be granted
by the Planning and Zoning Commission.
The extension will allow the owner to evaluate market conditions and provide additional time to
prepare for construction of the building.
Recommendation
Staff recommends approval of the one year extension to October of 1998.
