L25 B3 WR Retaining WallMemorandum Date: October 11, 1996 To: Planning and Zoning Commission From: Karen Griffith, Town Planner Re: Lot 25, Block 3, Wildridge Subdivision Lynn and Tee Fox have applied for a modification to the final design of their retaining wall. The wall was approved as a boulder retaining wall. The applicants wish to change it to a concrete retaining wall with a stucco finish. The wall would be painted to match the stucco color of the home. The applicants also discussed planting additional shrubs in front of the wall to make the front yard area more attractive. Recommendation Staff recommends approval as subject to conditions 1. Approval of the engineering of the wall. 2.
