Re: Lot 52, Block 2, Wildridge Subdivision - Landscape Plan Modification
On October 6, 1995 this duplex received Final Design approval. That approval contained two
conditions regarding the project's landscape plan.
Condition #1
"A drip system is recommended."
Condition #2:
"10 trees be added to the landscape plan and that landscape plan be brought back to the
Commission for approval."
On May 21, 1996 the applicant returned to the Commission with a revised landscape plan which
was approved with the following two conditions.
Condition #3
"that some of the proposed plantings be moved to the island between the garages."
Condition #4:
"That all deciduous trees be a minimum of 2" in caliper."
During the inspection for this project's Temporary Certificate of Occupancy it was determined
that some of the aspen trees did not meet the minimum 2" caliper requirement. Subsequently, the
applicant has submitted a revised landscape plan showing additional aspen trees and stonework
meant to augment those trees not meeting standard size requirements.
Staff Recommendation
Due to the additional trees and stone work added to the significant amount of vegetation already
in place on the project, staff recommends approval of the revised landscape plan dated
"Received" October 8, 1996 as submitted:
