Re: Lot 19, block 2, Wildridge Subdivision - Landscape Plan
On October 17, 1995 this duplex received Final Design approval. That approval zontained two
conditions regarding the project's landscape plan.
Staff Recommendation 41 (approved as a condition by the Commission):
"That additional landscaping between the road and the home, between the two units; and
in front of the units be provided to break up the expanse of the building. The

landscaping should be a mix of deciduous and coniferous to provide inure visual
interest.
Condition #2:
"The landscape plan be brought back to the : ommission for final approval "
The submitted revised landscape plan is meant to address these ' we ;:onditions. --'rhe additional
landscaping meets all the requirements of the staff recommendation with the exception of placing
additional landscaping between the two units. There is a small island between the garages of the
two units where one Serviceberry or Tammy J iper should be placed.
Staff Recommendation
Staff recommends approval of the revised landscape plan dated "Received" October 2, 1996 with
the following condition.
1. That one Serviceberry or Tammy Juniper be planted i the landscape island .Detween the
garages of the two units.
