Re: Lot 7, Block 5, Wildridge, Approval of Colors
One of the conditions of final design was to return with colors for Planning and Zoning
Commission approval. Two color schemes are proposed for the three buildings. Scheme 1 uses
shades of gray, with a light gray siding, and darker trim and a dark roof color.
Scheme 2 features moss olive siding, with beige trim and stucco and a black roof.
Recommendation
Staff recommends approval of the colors.
