MINUTES OF THE LOCAL LIQUOR LICENSING AUTHORITY MEETING
HELD MARCH 10, 2009
The Avon Town Council acting as the Local Liquor Licensing Authority for the Town of Avon,
Colorado convened at 5:30 PM at the Avon Town Hall, One Lake Street, Avon, Colorado. A roll
call was taken and Board members of the Authority present were Ron Wolfe as Chairperson,
and Board members Rich Carroll, Dave Dantas, Kristi Ferraro, Amy Phillips, Buz Reynolds, and
Brian Sipes.
SHOW CAUSE HEARING ON VIOLATION AT FINNEGAN'S WAKE IRISH PUB

Establishment Name: Finnegan's Wake Irish Pub
Address: 82 E. Beaver Creek Blvd.
Manager: Margaret (Maggie) Parker
Chairman Wolfe noted that the attorney for Finnegan's Wake Irish Pub submitted a letter
requesting the hearing be continued until March 24th. The Liquor Board unanimously agreed to
this request.
PERMIT APPLICATION & REPORT OF CHANGES: MANAGER'S REGISTRATION
a. Applicant: 7 -Eleven, Inc. d/b/a 7 -Eleven 34209
Address: 008 Nottingham Road
New Manager: William Briggs
Type of License: Retail 3.2% Beer Off Premises License
Chairman Wolfe noted that the application was in order. With no further questions Board
member Ferraro moved to approve the new manager for 7 -Eleven, Inc. d/b/a 7 -Eleven 34209;
Board member Phillips seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.
CONSENT AGENDA
Board member Sipes moved to approve the consent agenda; Board member Phillips seconded
the motion and it passed unanimously.
