RESOLUTION 17-23
APPROVING FIRST AMENDMENT TO WET WELL EASEMENT AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the Avon Town Council has determined that an amendment to the Wet Well
Easement Agreement will allow for beneficial and efficient improvements to the wet well on Lot
1, Village (at Avon); and,
WHEREAS, the Town Council finds that approval of the attached First Amendment to the
Wet Well Easement Agreement will promote the health, safety, prosperity, convenience and
general welfare of the Avon community by facilitating improvements to the well wet located on
Lot 1, Village (at Avon).
NOW THEREFORE, the Avon Town Council, hereby RESOLVES to approve the First
Amendment to Wet Well Easement Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A.
