MINUTES OF THE LOCAL LIQUOR LICENSING AUTHORITY MEETING
HELD MARCH 9, 2010
The Avon Town Council acting as the Local Liquor Licensing Authority for the Town of Avon,
Colorado convened at 5 PM at the Avon Town Hall, One Lake Street, Avon, Colorado. A roll
call was taken and Board members of the Authority present were Ron Wolfe as Chairperson,
and Board members Rich Carroll, Dave Dantas, Kristi Ferraro, Amy Phillips, Buz Reynolds, and
Brian Sipes.
RENEWAL OF LIQUOR LICENSES
a. Applicant: SVO Colorado Management, Inc. d /b /a Sheraton Mountain Vista
Address: 160 Beaver Creek West
Manager: Sheriff Masry
Type: Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License
Mayor Wolfe asked if the materials were in order; Town Clerk Patty McKenny noted that the
renewal application had been reviewed and was in order. Board member Dantas moved to
approve Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License Colorado Management, Inc. d /b /a Sheraton
Mountain Vista; Board member Carroll seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.
b. Applicant: Fiesta Jalisco Numbero Tres, LLC d /b /a Fiesta Jalisco
Address: 240 Chapel Place B -1
Owner/ Manager: Jose Rodriguez
Type: Hotel & Restaurant Liquor License
Mayor Wolfe asked if the materials were in order; Town Clerk Patty McKenny noted that the
renewal application had been reviewed and was in order. Board member Phillips moved to
approve the Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License for Fiesta Jalisco Numbero Tres, LLC d /b /a
Fiesta Jalisco; Board member Ferraro seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.
CONSENT AGENDA
Board member Sipes moved to approve the minutes; Board member Ferraro seconded the
motion and it passed unanimously.
