The following fees are for additional services for design services provided by Davis
Partnership and consultant team based on the updated direction provided by the
client. These fees are intended to be maximum fees and we will bill hourly against
these totals.
Scope of Work:
A. LEED Consultant Scope: Attached.
B. Architectural Scope: Services include coordination of MEP, Architectural, and
LEED drawings and specifications, additional meetings with LEED consultants and
MEP, and additional meetings with contractor and Owner pertaining to LEED.

that the project has been registered under LEED v2009 for New Construction. We recommend
pursuing LEED v2009 for Commercial Interiors. Project can be changed to Cl through the project
administrator and GBCI.

Gold certification. A draft checklist is included after the scope of work. Team members responsible
for LEED online documentation are shown in the right-hand column. Project will likely need
Enhanced Commissioning to get to Silver and will have to strategize to get to Gold.

Schematic Design
Collaborative Design
In the early collaborative design session, the entire team will address site, water, energy, materials and
resources and indoor environmental quality. It is intended to map out a strategy for achieving the projects
energy, sustainability, and operating goals - along with agreement and buy -in from all parties about the
project's sustainability goals and within the restrictions of the budget. This meedn will take lace in Avon.

Register Project with GBCI
Register Project under LEED for Commercial Interiors v2009
Researchd.
Group14 will research project issues to provide LEED guidance to the team in order to meet LEED goals.
A - Water Efficiency
Group14 will work with the architect, landscape and MEP designers to minimize water use through the use
of high efficiency fixtures. A goal of 40% water savings is proposed.
B - Material Selection
Group 14 will work with the architect and interior designer to select materials that will help us meet LEED
criteria for materials -related credits. Group14 will provide a Construction Waste Management (CWM) Plan
to achieve the Construction Waste credit(s).
C - Indoor Environmental Quality
Group 14 will work with the architect, interior designer, and mechanical engineer to arrive at a design that
provides superior indoor environmental quality through the distribution of fresh air, minimizing indoor
pollutants, and bringing in natural light throughout the facility. Group14 will provide an Indoor Air Quality
IAQ Plan.

Energy/Lighting Consulting
Group14 will work with the design team to identify energy efficiency goals for the project. Group14 will
assess the design from an energy perspective and make efficiency recommendations to the team with
respect to the lighting, mechanical systems and controls and will assist electrical and mechanical engineers
in completing LEED online relevant credits. This includes LEED online documentation of credits EAp2,
EAc1.1, 1.2, 1.3, and 1.4 if achievable.

Group14 will participate in the Design Development kick off meeting in Avon and 50% DD meeting via phone
to ensure project is on track to meet LEED goals.
Group14 will review design development documents for adherence to LEED criteria. Action Items will be
