NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
AMPLIFIED SOUND PERMIT
TOWN OF AVON
Notice is hereby given that the Avon Town Council will conduct a
Public Hearing for the purpose of considering an Amplified Sound
Permit for Lyle Lovett and His Large Band concert to be held at the
Avon Performance Pavilion at Nottingham Park on July 23rd, 2017.
AEG Live Rocky Mountains has filed an application for the Outdoor
Use of Amplified Sound. The Amplified Sound Permit would allow
amplified outdoor sound until 10:00 p.m. on July 23rd, 2017. The
Public Hearing will be held on February 14th, 2017 at 5:05p.m., or as
soon thereafter as possible, at the Avon Town Hall, located at One
Lake Street, Avon, Colorado.
The Amplified Sound Permit application is available for inspection at
the office of the Director of Festivals and Special Events in the Avon
Town Hall during normal business hours and can be viewed on the
Town of Avon’s official website, www.avon.org.
