NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR ART GALLERY PERMIT
PURSUANT TO THE LIQUOR LAWS OF COLORADO, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that Vail Valley Art Guild has made application on February 2, 2017 to the Avon Town
Council acting as the Local Liquor Licensing Authority, for an Art Gallery Permit at the
Art of the Valley Gallery located at 240 Chapel Place, Avon, Eagle County, State of
Colorado to be held from 4:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on the following date: March 3, 2017,
April 7, 2017, May 5, 2017, June 2, 2017, July 7, 2017, August 4, 2017, September 1,
2017, October 6, 2017, November 3, 2017 and December 1, 2017.

A hearing will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 14, 2017 at the Town Council
Chambers in the Municipal Building at One Lake Street, Avon, Colorado, to determine if
the application should be approved. Information may be obtained up to and including
the date of the hearing and all persons desiring to protest the granting of this application
may file their petition or remonstrance’s until that time.
