SERIES OF 2001
A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING TO THE TOWN COUNCIL OF
THE TOWN OF AVON APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO THE
WILDRIDGE PUD FOR LOT 12, BLOCK 4, WILDRIDGE SUBDIVISION,
TOWN OF AVON, EAGLE COUNTY, COLORADO
WHEREAS, Alice Leeds has applied for an amendment to the Wildridge PUD to convert
Lot 12, Block 4 from a single-family lot to a duplex lot.
WHEREAS, after notices required by law, a public hearing on said application was held by
the Planning & Zoning Commission of the Town of Avon.
WHEREAS, said application is consistent with all legal requirements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning and Zoning Commission
hereby recommends to the Town Council of the Town of Avon approval of the application
for amendment to the Wildridge PUD to establish Lot 12, Block 4 as a duplex lot.

A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL FOR THE
PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISION PLAN FOR THE VILLAGE AT
AVON, FILING 2, TOWN OF AVON, EAGLE COUNTY,
COLORADO
WHEREAS, Traer Creek LLC has submitted a Preliminary Subdivision Plan application
for The Village at Avon, Filing 2; and
WHEREAS, the Planning & Zoning Commission of the Town of Avon having
considered the applications and reviewed the plans for the Village at Avon, Filing 2;
and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning & Zoning Commission
of the Town of Avon, Colorado, hereby recommends approval for:
1. The Preliminary Subdivision Plan for the Village at Avon, Filing 2, Eagle County,
Colorado.

SERIES OF 2001
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A MEMBER OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING
COMMISSION TO THE VILLAGE AT AVON DESIGN REVIEW BOARD
WHEREAS, Section 4.13(A), of the Village at Avon Annexation and Development
Agreement requires one member of the Village at Avon Design Review Board be a
member of the Town of Avon Planning and Zoning Commission, designated by the Town
from time to time;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning and Zoning Commission
hereby nominates Ron Wolfe to the Village at Avon Design Review Board as the Town of
Avon Planning and Zoning Commission member representative and Andrew Karow as the
alternate, for one term as implemented by the Village at Avon Design Review Board and
not to exceed the term of said commissioner on the Planning and Zoning Commission.
