RESOLUTION NO. 01-14
SERIES OF 2001
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A MEMBER OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING
COMMISSION TO THE VILLAGE AT AVON DESIGN REVIEW BOARD
WHEREAS, Section 4.13(A), of the Village at Avon Annexation and Development
Agreement, one member of the Village at Avon Design Review Board shall be a member
of the Town of Avon Planning and Zoning Commission, designated by the Town from
time to time;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning and Zoning Commission
hereby nominates Andrew Karow to the Village at Avon Design Review Board as the
Town of Avon Planning and Zoning Commission member representative, for one term as
implemented by the Village at Avon Design Review Board and not to exceed the term of
said commissioner on the Planning and Zoning Commission.
