Call to Order The meeting was called to order at 6:05 pm. II. Roll Call All current Commissioners were present. III. Additions and Amendments to the Agenda There was one amendment to the agenda. The sketch plan for Lot 52, Block 3, Wildridge Subdivision, 4686 North Point was moved to consent agenda. There were no additions to the agenda. IV. Conflicts of Interest There were no conflicts of interest. V. Consent Agenda Chairman Karow motioned for the approval of the Meeting Minutes from the March 18, 2003, Planning & Zoning Commission meeting and the sketch plan for Lot 52, Block 3, Wildridge Subdivision, 4686 North Point on the consent agenda. Commissioner Smith seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. VI. Sketch Design Plans (6:05pm - 6:20pm) A. Lot 52, Block 3, Wildridge Subdivision 4686 North Point Single Family Residence Owner: James Tharp Applicant: Kate O'Connor Moved to consent agenda VII. Other Business A. Minor Project Approvals 1. Landscaping L38B, Block 2, Wildridge Subdivision Owner/Applicant: Dudley Ottley la =I 2. Garden Center at City Market Lot 67, Block 2, Benchmark at Beaver Creek Subdivision Applicant: Dave Betts B. Revised Draft Landscaping Design Guidelines Tambi Katieb presented the Guidelines and explained percentages and allowed guides. Commissioner Didier agreed that the approach to these guidelines was well planned out. Staff said the final draft would be submitted for the next meeting, following a final review of the planting list, for adoption by the Commission. The Commission had no questions or revisions to the proposed guidelines. C. Lot C, Phase 1 B, Timeshare Modification to Soffit Detail Chairman Evans questioned the opening dates of Home Depot and Walmart. VII. Adjourn Commissioner Karow made a motion to adjourn, with Commissioner Him seconding. The motion is approved unanimously. The meeting was adjourned at 6:20 PM.
