NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF AVON
Notice is hereby given that the Avon Town Council will conduct a public hearing
for the purpose of considering ORDINANCE NO. 16-14 APPROVING CODE TEXT
AMENDMENTS FOR PUBLIC FACILITIES AND TOWN CENTER ZONE DISTRICTS on second
reading. The public hearing will be held on September 13, 2016 at 5:00 p.m., or
as soon thereafter as possible, at the Avon Town Hall, One Lake Street, Avon,
Colorado.
The full text of the ordinance is available for inspection at the office of the
Town Clerk in the Avon Town Hall during normal business hours and can be
viewed on the Town of Avon’s official website, www.avon.org.
