NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR SPECIAL EVENTS PERMIT
PURSUANT TO THE LIQUOR LAWS OF COLORADO, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that Vail Valley Charitable Fund has made application on June 16, 2016 to the Avon
Town Council acting as the Local Liquor Licensing Authority, for a Special Events Permit
(to sell malt, vinous, and spirituous liquor) at the Popup Strings event located at Main
Street Mall, Lettuce Shed Lane (Venue A) / Possibility Plasa (Venue B), Avon, Eagle
County, State of Colorado to be held from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on the following
dates: July 8, 15 & 22, 2016.

A hearing will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 28, 2016 at the Town Council
Chambers in the Municipal Building at One Lake Street, Avon, Colorado, to determine if
these applications should be approved. Information may be obtained up to and including
the date of the hearing and all persons desiring to protest the granting of this application
may file their petition or remonstrance’s until that time.
