FOLLOWING ORDINANCE ON May 10, 2016:

ORDINANCE NO. 16-08, AMENDING SECTION 3.08.050(3) OF THE AVON
MUNICIPAL CODE TO EXEMPT GOVERNMENTAL INSTITUTIONS FROM SALES TAX
ON CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS
