NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO DETERMINE WHETHER THE MOUNTAIN STAR
WATER STORAGE TANK SITE PROPERTY IS ELIGIBLE FOR ANNEXATION INTO
THE TOWN OF AVON
Notice is hereby given that the Town of Avon, Colorado shall conduct
a public hearing on Tuesday, March 22, at 5:00 p.m. or as soon
thereafter as possible, at Avon Town Hall, located at One Lake Street,
Avon, CO 81620, upon a petition for annexation of the Upper Eagle
River Water Authority Mountain Star Water Tank Site property for
the purpose of determining and finding whether the proposed
annexation property is eligible for annexation.

This notice is given and posted by order of the Town Council of the Town of
Avon, Colorado. The complete annexation petition is available for review at
the Town of Avon website at www.avon.org and at the office of the Town
