The folluwing findings of fact and record of decisiun are iriadc in accordance with the Avon
Development Crude ("Development Crude") I.16.U8U(t) & I.1b.12U(U):
1. . A Minor Development Plan Applicatiun #MNR14003 ("the
Applicatiun"), was submitted to the Cummunity Develupment Department of the Tuwn
of Avon (the "l own') on August 12, 2u14 by Tared Barnes on behalf of t uu 1 ransit and
Trails (the "Applicant").
2. Staff Report to Planning and Zoning Commission (PZC). Brian Garner, Planner II,
submitted a Staff Repurt to the PZC dated August 19, 2014.
3. review by the FLA.:. The FLU reviewed the Application with consideration ot Statt's
analysis ot contbrmance with the applicable criteria of the Development Code.
4. Tapp Amy wltn Kcvicw Criteria. The t'LC makes the following findings in regard to
compliance with the applicable review criteria:

and I.1b.UYU(f), Design Review, Qnd was determined to be compliant with the review
criteria.

1. Applicant provide quality shielding in gable area as well as closing ott ratter area with quality
material of minimum poly -gal or better,
