The following tinaings ot fact ana record ot decision are made in accordance with the Avon
Development Code ("Development Code") §7.16.080(f) & §7.16.120(d):
1. Application Submitted. A Major Development Plan Application #MJK14UU6 ("the
Application"), was submitted to the Community Development Department of the 'Town
of Avon (the "'Town") on July 1, 2014 by Michael Pukas of mpp design shop (the
"Applicant") on behalf of Mike Dantas (the "Owiir").
Statt Report to Planning and Loning commission (PLC). Brian Garner, Planner 11,
submitted a Statt Report to the PZ(.; aatea July lb, 2014.
3. Rvvivw by the PZC. The PZC discussed the Application with consideration of Staff's
analysis of conformance with the applicable ciitciia of the Development code at the July
16, 2014 PLC meeting.
4. Compliance with Review Craer;a. The PZC makes the following findings in regard to

The proposed applivatioii was reviewed pursuant to /.16.u8u(f), Development Plan,
and /.16.U9U(t), Design Review, and was determined to be compliant with the applicable
review criteria.
PLC RECORD OF DECISION FOR CASE #MJR140U6:
The FLU APPROVED the Major Development Flan Application dated July 1, 2014 with the
tollowing conditions:
