Matt Pielsticker presented the Staff Report. Bob Mach, applicant, approached the podium and addressed the 9 issues, presented in the Staff Report, individually. Mr. Mach maintained that the split rail fence is not visible from anywhere but on the property and should be acceptable to the Commission. He would still like to have a 6 -foot fence for privacy and could change it to a 4 -foot high 1Oft X 1Oft fence. The window is larger than originally proposed and has been centered under the gable. The bellyband would be as demonstrated on the plans. Staff requested the elimination of a deck and Mr. Mach requested that it be addressed at another date. He removed the bellyband, due to changes in window size, however it was a condition of the original Final Design Approval. Commissioner Didier commented that the berms are at neighbor's discretion and the bellyband issue is difficult to envision.
