I. Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 6:14 p.m.
II. Roll Call
Commissioners Evans, Macik, Sipes, Fehlner and Karow were present.
Commissioners Head and Klein were absent.
III. Additions and Amendments to the Agenda

V. Consent Agenda
A. Approval of the February 6, 2001 Planning & Zoning
Commission Meeting Minutes
Commissioner Sipes moved to approve the Consent Agenda. Commissioner Macik
seconded the motion. The motion was approved unanimously with Commissioners
Fehlner and Karow abstaining.
VI. Condition of Final Design Approval
A. Lot C, Block 2, Benchmark at Beaver Creek
Project Type: Conditions of Approval, Colors and Materials
Applicant: Vistana, Inc.
Address: 0160 Beaver Creek Boulevard West
Commissioner Sipes moved to approve the final design condition for the colors and
materials for Lot C, Block 2, Benchmark at Beaver Creek with the following conditions:
1. Staff shall approve the copper picket color and the mauve shingle color.
2. All architectural elements that protrude or recede from the building shall
have the same material and color creating a transition around the corners
of the building.
Commissioner Macik seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously.
VII. Other Business
A. Staff Approvals:
1. Lot 32 W, Block 2, Wildridge Subdivision
Minor Modification - Remodel garage into media room
2. Design Guidelines Update: Ruth Borne asked the
Commissioners for their comments on the Design Review
Guidelines prior to the next meeting.
VIII. Adjourn
Commissioner Sipes moved to adjourn the meeting. Commissioner Macik
seconded the motion. The motion was approved unanimously. The meeting adjourned
at 6:24 p.m.
