A RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEED OF EASEMENT FOR
THE TRAER CREEK PLAZA BUS SHELTER
WHEREAS, the Avon Home Rule Charter authorizes the Avon Town Council to acquire
interests in real property; and
WHEREAS, the Town and Eagle County desire to jointly construct a bus shelter on property
owned by Traer Creek Plaza Condominium Owners Association; and
WHEREAS, the Avon Town Council finds that the acquisition of the attached Deed of
Easement will allow for the construction of an important public facility to enhance and promote
public transit which will promote the Avon Comprehensive Plan and promote the health, safety
and general welfare of the Avon community.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Avon Town Council approves acquisition
of the Deed of Easement, attached hereto as Exhibit A.
