AVON MEETING MINUTES FOR TUESDAY, JUNE 3, 2015
AVON TOWN HALL, ONE LAKE STREET
1. CALL TO ORDER & ROLL CALL
Mayor Fancher called the meeting to order at 6:o8 p.m. A roll call was taken and Council members present
were Megan Burch, Buz Reynolds, Matt Gennett, Jake Wolf, Scott Prince and Sarah Smith Hymes. Also
present were Town Manager Virginia Egger, Town Attorney Eric Heil, Planning M%nager Matt Pielsticker, and
Town Clerk Debbie Hoppe
2. APPROVAL OF AGENDA
There were no changes to the agenda.
3. PUBLIC COMMENT— COMMENTS ARE WELCOME ON TOPICS NOT ON THE AGENDA
No comments were made.
4. JOINT STUDY SESSION REGARDING THE WILDRIDGE PUD
4.1. COVENANT/DESIGN GUIDELINES —STAFF WILL PRESENT THE ORIGINAL REGULATORY DOCUMENTS TO THE
COUNCIL INCLUDING COVENANTS AND DESIGN GUIDELINES. THE POSSIBILITY OF REINSTATING THESE
REGULATIONS WILL BE DISCUSSED PLANNING MANAGER MATT PIELSTICKER)
4.2. LOCK -OFFS — DISCUSSION AND DIRECTION ON THE POTENTIAL PERMITTING AND REGULATING OF "ACCESSORY
DWELLING UNITS" IN THE WILDRIDGE PUD. STAFF WILL PRESENT THE REGULATORY PROCESSES AND
RAMIFICATIONS INVOLVED PLANNING MANAGER MATT PIELSTICKER)

There being no further business to come before the Council, the regular meeting adjourned at 8:55 p.m.
