NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF AVON,
COLORADO ADOPTED ON THE 14T" DAY OF FEBRUARY 2012, THE FOLLOWING
ORDINANCE:
Ordinance No. 12 -03, Series of 2012, Ordinance approving Amendments to the Town of
Avon Comprehensive Plan for the Swift Gulch District
Ordinance No. 12 -04, Series of 2012, An Ordinance Authorizing the Execution and
Delivery of Property Schedule No. 02 to Purchase a Street Sweeper Pursuant to a Master
Lease / Purchase Agreement dated August 26, 2011 between the Town of Avon and U.S.
Bancorp Government Leasing and Finance, Inc.
A copy of said Ordinances is on file at the office of the Town Clerk, and may be inspected
during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8 AM — 5 PM.
This notice is given and posted by order of the Town Council of the Town of Avon,
Colorado.
