1. CALL TO ORDER & ROLL CALL
Mayor Carroll called the meeting to order at 9:05 a.m. A roll call was taken and Council members present
were Dave Dantas, Chris Evans, Jennie Fancher, Buz Reynolds. Jake Wolf and Matt Gennett were absent.
Also present were Town Manager Virginia Egger, Town Attorney Eric Heil via telephone, and Town Clerk
Debbie Hoppe.
2. APPROVAL OF AGENDA
There were no changes to the agenda.
3. EXECUTIVE SESSION (THIS MEETING IS NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC)
Executive Session for the purpose of determining positions relative to matters that may be
subject to negotiations, developing strategy for negotiations, and/or instructing negotiators,
under C.R.S. §24-6-402(2)(e) concerning a potential special event in Avon.
Mayor Carroll moved to meet in Executive Session at 9:07 a.m. for the purpose of determining
positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations, developing strategy for
negotiations, and/or instructing negotiators, under C.R.S. §24-6-402(2)(e) concerning a
potential special event in Avon; Councilor Dantas seconded the motion and it passed unanimously
by those present. Councilor Wolf and Matt Gennett were absent.
At 10:25p.m. Councilor Dantas made a motion to end the Executive Session; seconded by Councilor
Evans, and it was approved unanimously (Councilor Wolf and Councilor Gennett were absent).
Executive Session adjourned at 10:25 a.m.

There being no further business to come before the Council, the special meeting adjourned at 10:00 a.m.
