I. SCOPE OF SERVICES
The Scope of Services for this Additional Service Request is to continue with the requested
documentation of the value engineering changes and detail as requested and to continue the
required construction administration of the project to completion.
II. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
General
The work shall be performed under the direct supervision of a Licensed Colorado Architect. The
documents will conform to all known applicable codes and laws.

1. 1402.07 Construction Administration
a. Weekly OEM meetings, review of submittals, review of shop
drawings and daily q/a on the project for the term of construction
b. Assist the Owner with a completion punch list
c. Assist the Owner with facility commissioning
2. 1402.08 Value Engineering Assistance and Partial Documentation
a. Provide meeting assistance for Value Engineering topics and
submittals, details etc.
b. Documentation in Construction Documents as requested changes
from Value Engineering -this scope is only as directed by the Town
to perform
c. Complete a set of As -Build facility Documents from VE changes
and project clarifications during construction (this is not included
in the current fee estimate and will be performed only if requested
in writing by the Town)

VAg Architects is offering a reduced rate for these services as follows:
Principal: 100% Discount of this Service Rate. No billing of the Principal time to complete the project.
All Remaining Staff to be invoiced at an eliminated profit rate and at a base burden rate this will be a 30%
billing Discount per Hourly Rate
