5:30 PM TO BE HELD AT 400 BENCHMARK ROAD, AVON, COLORAD.

Unit, Kitchen and Adding a Definition for Efficiency Kitchen Zoning Amendments (Tambi Katieb,
Community Development Director) Review of amendments to the zoning code that address outdated or
unclear zoning definitions

a. Resolution No. 05-35, Series of 2005, A Resolution supporting the Eagle County November
ballot issue prohibiting smoking in all enclosed public places, including bars and restaurants
(Jacquie Halburnt, Asst. Town Manager) Legislation supporting a smoke-free Avon if the County's ballot
question passes and the majority vote in the Avon precinct is in favor of the ban, Avon will enact similar
legislation
b. Resolution No. 05-36, Series of 2005, Resolution to Designate the National Incident
Management System (NIMS) as the basis for all Incident Management in the Town of Avon (Jeff
Layman, Police Chief) Legislation adopting the "NIMS" program, a standardized response management
system
