No. 2005-57 APPROVING THE THIRD AMENDED CONDOMINIUM MAP OFTOWN OF AVON, COLORADO RESOLUTION NO. 05-57 SERIES OF 2005 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE THIRD AMENDED CONDOMINIUM MAP OF AVON COMMERCIAL CENTER, A RESUBDIVISION OF UNITS 218 AND 230, AVON CENTER AT BEAVER CREEK, TOWN OF AVON, EAGLE COUNTY, COLORADO WHEREAS, Stuart Borne has submitted a Third Amended Condominium Map of Avon Commercial Center, a Resubdivision of Units 218 and 230, Avon Center at Beaver Creek, Town of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado; and WHEREAS, the Third Amended Condominium Map of Avon Commercial Center has been reviewed by the Town Staff; and WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision complies with the requirements for consideration as an Amended Condominium Map; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF AVON, COLORADO that the Third Amended Condominium Map of Avon Commercial Center a Resubdivision of Units 218 and 230, Avon Center at Beaver Creek, Town of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado, Town of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado is hereby approved by the Town of Avon subject to the completion of technical corrections as identified by staff. Beaver Creek Boulevard) Summary: Stuart Borne, owner of Units 218 and 230, has submitted a Third Amended Condominium Map of Avon Commercial Center Level 2, A Resubdivision of Units 218 and 230, Avon Center at Beaver Creek, Town of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado. This is an amended condominium map whereby the property owner requests approval to create or relocate walls within condominium units of the Avon Commercial,-Center. The Subdivision is in conformance with Title 16 of the Avon Municipal Code, Subdivisions. Recommendation: Staff recommends approval of Resolution No. 05 - 57, Series of 2005, A Resolution Approving the Third Amended Condominium Map of Avon Commercial Center Level 2, A Resubdivision of Units 218 and 230, Avon Center at Beaver Creek, Town of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado subject to completion of technical convections as identified by staff.
