A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AMENDED FINAL PLAT FOR LOT 15, BLOCK
4, A RESUBDIVISION OF LOTS 13; 14, 15, WILDRIDGE, TOWN OF AVON, EAGLE
- COUNTY,COLORADO
WHEREAS, Scott Garlock has submitted an Amended Final Plat for Lot 15, Block 4,
Wildridge, Towri of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado; and
WHEREAS, the Amended Final Plat has been reviewed by the Town Staff; and
WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision complies with the requirements for consideration as an
Amended Final Plat;,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF AVON, COLORADO that the Amended Final Plat for Lot 15, Block 4, Wildridge, Town of
Avon, Eagle County, Colorado is hereby approved by the Town of Avon subject to the
completion of technical corrections as identified by staff.

• Summary: Scott Garlock, owner of Lot 15, Block 4, Wildridge Subdivision, has
submitted an Amended Final Plat for Lot 15, Block 4, Wildridge Subdivision, Eagle County,
Colorado. The sole purpose of the Amended Final Plat is to vacate a utility and drainage
easement that extends through the center of the subject property. Staff has included letters
from the applicable utility providers stating they have no concerns with the vacation of the
easement. The Subdivision is in conformance with Title 16 of the Avon Municipal Code,
Subdivisions.
Recommendation: Staff recommends approval of Resolution No. 05 - 34, Series
of 2005, A Resolution Approving the Amended Final Plat for Lot 15, Block 4, Wildridge,
Eagle County, Colorado.

Subject: Vacation of Historic Utility Drainage Easement on Lot 15, Block 4,
Wildridge Subdivision, Avon, Colorado
Dear Eric:
Per my meeting with Norm Wood on Wednesday, July 13th, it is the understanding of the
District and Authority that at this location a line has been abandoned; however, the 15-
foot wide drainage and utility easement has never been vacated. This letter is to advise
you that neither the Authority nor the District have any issue with the vacation of this
easement. With the new property line that was established a like 15-foot drainage and
utility easement was created immediately adjacent to the easement to be vacated.
