The sole purpose of the Amended Final Plat is to vacate a utility and drainage easement that extends through the center of the subject property. Staff has included letters from the applicable utility providers stating they have no concerns with the vacation of the easement. The Subdivision is in conformance with Title 16 of the Avon Municipal Code, Subdivisions. Recommendation: Staff recommends approval of Resolution No. 05 - 34, Series of 2005, A Resolution Approving the Amended Final Plat for Lot 15, Block 4, Wildridge, Eagle County, Colorado. This letter is to advise you that neither the Authority nor the District have any issue with the vacation of this easement. With the new property line that was established a like 15-foot drainage and utility easement was created immediately adjacent to the easement to be vacated.
