A RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDED CONDOMINIUM MAP OF UNIT E-203,
SECOND SUPPLEMENT TO CONDOMINIUM MAP FOR CANYON RUN AND UNIT
I-201 (GARAGES A & B), SIXTH SUPPLEMENT TO CONDOMINIUM MAP FOR
CANYON RUN, LOT 4, NOTTINGHAM STATION, PUD AMENDMENT NO. 3, TOWN
OF AVON, EAGLE COUNTY, COLORADO.
WHEREAS, The Shapiro Development Company (Canyon Run LLC) has submitted an
Amended Condominium Map for Unit E-203, Second Supplement to Condominium Map for
Canyon Run and Unit I-201 (Garages A & B), Sixth Supplement to Condominium Map for
Canyon Run, Lot 4, Nottingham Station, PUD Amendment No. 3, Town of Avon, Eagle County,
Colorado; and
WHEREAS, the Amended Condominium Map has been reviewed by the Town Staff; and
WHEREAS, the Amended Condominium Map was found to be substantially in conformance
with Title 16 of the Avon Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision complies with the requirements for consideration as an
Amended Condominium Map.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF AVON, that the Amended Condominium Map for Unit E-203, Second Supplement to Condominium Map
for Canyon Run and Unit I-201 (Garages A & B), Sixth Supplement to Condominium Map for Canyon Run, Lot 4,
Nottingham Station, PUD Amendment No. 3, Town of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado, is hereby approved by
the Town of Avon subject to:
1. The completion of technical corrections as identified by Town Staff.

Suiininary: Shapiro Development Company (Canyon Run LLC) owner's of Unit E-203, Second
Supplement. to Condominium Map for Canyon Run and Unit 1-201 (Garages A & B), Sixth Supplement
to Condominium Map for Canyon Run, Lot 4, Nottingham Station, PUD Amendment No. 3, Town of
Avon, Eagle County, Colorado, has submitted an Amended Condominium Map to amend the Second
and Sixth Supplements to the Condominium Map for Canyon Run, Lot 4, Nottingham Station, PUD
Amendment No. 3, Town of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado. This Amendment will change the area
designated as Garages A & B from LCE (Limited Common Element) Unit 1-201 to LCE (Limited
Common Element) Unit E-203. The Proposed Amendment is in general conformance with the Title 16
of the Avon Municipal Code, Subdivisions.
Recommendations: Staff recommends approval of Resolution No. 00 - 32, Series of 2000, A
Resolution Approving an Amended Condominium Map for Unit E-203, Second Supplement to
Condominium Map for Canyon Run and Unit 1-201 (Garages A & B), Sixth Supplement to
Condominium Map for Canyon Run, Lot 4, Nottingham Station, PUD Amendment No. 3, Town of Avon,
Eagle County, Colorado subject to completion of technical corrections to be approved by staff.
