A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLAT, BEAVER
VIEW CONDIMINUMS, A RESUBDIVISION OF LOT 1, BLOCK 5, WILDRIDGE,
TOWN OF AVON, EAGLE COUNTY, COLORADO.
WHEREAS, Cary Builders, Inc., a Colorado Corporation has submitted a Preliminary and Final
Plat of Beaver View Condominiums for a Resubdivision of Lot 1, Block 5, Wildridge, Town of
Avon, Eagle County, Colorado; and
WHEREAS, the Preliminary and Final Plat has been reviewed by the Town Staff; and
WHEREAS, the Preliminary and Final Plat was found to be substantially in conformance with
Title,l6 of the Avon Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision complies with the requirements for consideration as a
Preliminary and Final Plat:
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT, RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF AVON, that-the Preliminary and Final Plat for Beaver View Condominiums, a
Resubdivision of Lot 1, Block 5, Wildridge, Town of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado, is hereby
approved by the Town of Avon subject to:
1. The completion of technical corrections as identified by Town Staff.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF A PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN.OF AVON, COLORADO AT 5:30 P.M. ON THE I2'H DAY-OF MAY, 1998,
AT THE TOWN MUNICIPAL BUILDING FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSIDERING THE
ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO.' 98-27, SERIES OF 1998:
Resolution No. 98 - 27, Series of 1998, A Resolution Approving the Preliminary and
Final Plat Condominium Map of Beaver View Condominiums, Lot 1, Block 5,
Wildridge, Town of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado
A copy of said Resolution is attached hereto, and is also on file at the office of the Town Clerk,
and may be inspected during regular business hours.
Following this hearing, the Council may consider passage of this Resolution.
