A RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT, LAKESIDE
TERRACE CONDOMINIUMS, A RESUBDIVISION OF LAKESIDE
SUBDIVISION, BENCHMARK AT BEAVER CREEK, TOWN OF AVON,
EAGLE COUNTY, COLORADO
WHEREAS, Deutsch, Spillane & Reutzel, PC., has submitted a Preliminary Plat for
Lakeside Terrace Condominiums, a Resubdivision of Lakeside Subdivision, Benchmark
at Beaver Creek, Town of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado; and
WHEREAS, the Preliminary Plat has been reviewed by the Town Staff, and
WHEREAS, the Preliminary Plat was found to be substantially in conformance with
Title 16 of the Avon Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the required Notices of Public Hearing have been mailed and posted.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF AVON, that the Preliminary Plat for Lakeside Terrace Condominiums, a
Resubdivision of Lakeside Subdivision, Benchmark at Beaver Creek, Town of Avon,
Eagle County, Colorado, is hereby approved by the Town of Avon subject to:
Conformance with all conditions of current zoning and design review
approvals.
2. The completion of technical corrections as identified by Town Staff.
ADOPTED THIS 13th DAY OF January 1998.
