A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY
SUBDIVISION PLAT FOR CHATEAU ST. CLAIRE
SUBDIVISION, TOWN OF AVON, EAGLE COUNTY,
COLORADO
WHEREAS, Colorado Pacific Construction Ventures, LLC, has submitted a Preliminary
Subdivision Plat for Chateau St. Claire Subdivision, Town of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado;
and
WHEREAS, the Preliminary Subdivision Plat has been reviewed by the Town Staff; and
WHEREAS, the Preliminary Subdivision Plat was found to be substantially in accord
with the Title 16 of the Avon Municipal Code; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of
Avon, that the Preliminary Subdivision Plat, for Chateau St. Claire Subdivision, Town of Avon,
Eagle County, Colorado, is hereby approved by the Town of Avon, subject to:
1. A bike lane be included in the public improvement plans for the subdivision.
2. An acceptable public access agreement across Lot 1 that provides access to Lot 2 be
dedicated to the Town.
3. The completion of technical corrections as identified by Town Staff
4. The Condominium Map shall clearly designate the assigned parking spaces and, no
unit shall have more assigned parking spaces than allowed by the Municipal Code.

A parcel of land located in the-Northwest one-Quarter of the Southeast One=Quarter (NW 1/4 SE 1/4) of
Section 12, Township 5 south, Range 82 West of the 6th P.M., Eagle County, Colorado according to the
Department Resurvey of said Township and Range as approved on September 7, 1977; said parcel of land
being more particularly described as follows with all bearings herein being relative to the platted bearing of
